Andrew and his team were able to get me a great rate and a quick close on a refi in the middle of the pandemic. Process was easy though Guaranteed Rate's platform and I came out with a rate lower than I was anticipating. Post-closing, servicing through their platform was very straightforward as well. They made my first ever refi easy.

Andrew and his team were AMAZING! My new home had several months of COVID construction delays. Andrew reprocessed my loan 3 times lowering my rate each time! Unbelievable service with rates that were .75% lower than any other broker. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

We have used Andrew Marquis to buy two homes now and refinance one of them. This is our third time going through this process and its stressful for sure, BUT Andrew is always calm, available to talk anytime and gets us through smoothly. This is my 2nd time working with Andrew Marquis and Guaranteed Rate and I'm meticulous and a stickler for the fine print and and any "filler" charges that get added. I even shop for the title company and closing legal fees and TWICE they have come through with honest, consistent, agreed upon fees from start to finish (no tricks or "unexpected" or "undisclosed" surprises). This is my second experience with your team and I must say I am not disappointed with the results. Good experience overall. That said the communication this time around was a bit off when compared to the home purchase experience. That said overall solid performance.
