Great office, great staff. The staff have a very welcoming presence and make sure you are comfortable at crossroads dental.
Very professional, gentle cleaning, a good experience all around. Dr. Rief's staff is polite, knowledgeable and kind.
Every time I visit Dr Rief's office I am greeted by name and with a smile. I always arrive and leave feeling valued. My procedure was simple and Dr Rief handled eveything swiftly and I have no concerns because I am always satisfied with her work.
Donyelle who works the front desk has an amazingly genuine personality. She's the perfect person as your first point of contact. My hygienist was patient and very knowledgeable as well.

At first I was nervous because I'm used to Patty doing my dental work, and she has always done an excellent job, but Dr. Kelly (I think that was her name) also did an excellent job. It was a great dental visit!
