I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Block and her entire staff. They all make you feel welcome, and part of their family. Dr Block even takes time to follow up with you in the evening to make sure your feeling ok. Your taken back almost immediately and there are refreshments if you care to have something to take with you. What a pleasure to visit I highly recommend.
As always, my visits are comfortable, relaxing experience. I always get nervous but the staff always make me feel wonderful. Danielle is an excellent assistant, she greets me by name and ask me how I am feeling and remembers why I have an appointment.
Nothing. You're perfect. That's why I drove three hours for my appointment. My crown is doing great, unlike the horrible crown I got from my previous dentist. That's why I went searching for a GOOD dentist. You are that rare dentist that is reliable, talented, organized , and hasn't sold out to some big corporation ( that's the 'latest' bad decision some dentists do). I had a very prompt and professional experience in this setting, and would recommend it to anyone.
The receptionists and dental hygienist are very friendly. The office is very clean and wait time is great. The dental hygienists are thorough and do a great job cleaning and performing the required dental procedures.
What you can do to improve my next visit is to continue with the staff Professionalism and the caring attitudes
