The staff is friendly & considerate. I don't feel like I'm being judged. My doctor is great. He takes the time to talk to me & make sure my treatment is on track. I highly recommend this office.

Crossroads Treatment Center is great, I am so glad that I found out about them bc all the nurses are friendly and respectful to everyone, and Dr. Seth Thompson is a great doctor and really understanding! The counselors are always ready to listen and will help with anything you need!!! I am now better than I have ever been and I couldn't be more thankful to have such a great support group.

Dr.Thompson is awesome. Not only is he an outstanding doctor but just a good person. He actually cares about the journey that all of us are on. He will take the time to figure out what is best for you, individually. We all are on different roads but have a lot of the same paths. The counselors are excellent as well as the nurses. I can’t say enough good about this place. It saved my life.

They practice social distancing and even have chairs spread apart. They offer masks, hand sanitizer and tissues upon request. Professional facility is clean and runs in an orderly fashion. Normally no long wait times or delays. Would recommend to others.

no long waiting periods and dr. B got to the point with asking how are you doing is your medicine working. Did I need to talk to him about anything that was bothering me. What I did not like at all was changing my dr withoutany notice at all. The stuff are always very considerant
