I’ve been going to Crossroads for years and it has helped me power through my recovery for years. I really wanted to review that the provider/Doctor Alaina Heeter is the best provider/Doctor that Crossroads has ever had. She listens to your needs and helps in the best way she can & she’s very relatable which is what I’ve needed in my overall recovery. Tessa Berger also, helped me with some resources today and really helped me understand new changes & information. This place really cares about helping people! - Melanie M.

Everyone I have meet at the treatment center I go to are always nice and professional. Also I never have to actually wait very long to see the doctor. And I like that my appointments get sent straight to my phone so I never forget when I have an appointment
