Nice staff most of the time. But, I owe 7000 to LABCORP because somehow the office ALWAYS forgets I must use Quest for testing. Every single visit I must remind them to give me quest. So each time they have to reprint labels. Even has been an instance where I did remind them and still the mistake was made. I will be sending these bills to your office because I can not and will not pay for the offices mistakes. Each LabCorp test is slightly over 1000$ Huge mistake to be made do frequently

These reviews every single day are really starting to annoy me. Plz stop. Asking me to do a review after another is just making me have to think about this whole interaction more! And I do not want to! Just treat me like a normal person and leave me alone.

My experience during my latest appointment on 9/17/22 was one of the most absurd and offending appointments I have ever experienced with crossroads. I did not ask- but was told I could do a tele-health appointment due to me not being in the area for so long - I usually go to the Cranberry pa office but I am homeless right now due to the housing crisis- amongst many other things. I knew I was supposed to have an office visit today and then someone in the call-center messed up the scheduling so when I did my appointment with the case management lady yesterday we talked about the fact that I need to call the call center and make sure that it was in fact telehealth today. We are herded like cattle. Asked one question and sent on out way. On top of that the prices were raised for my insurance even thought the type of care has remained poor.

The video chat is awesome. But, my biggest problem is when i get my prescription sent to a pharmacy & need to switch it. Because, they don't carry my script. It's absolutely ridiculous trying to get ahold of a prescriber to send another perscription. You need to work on a perscriber being available on all business hours. Because, we depend on these scripts, when we have to wait 3 days for a perscriber to fix the situation. Alot of the time, we end up relapsing.
