I’ve had the most terrible experience at this clinic. I was treated rudely. Spoken over constantly. The communication is ineffective. The staff seems impatient and annoyed. My privacy was not respected at all. And I was just left hanging instead of feeling supported at all.

I was going to the doctor that had originally started the practice, Dr. Bernard. He was a very nice and understanding man and treated all his patients as a unique person with their own story. I feel the people that have taken over are very nice but seem to have to follow such narrow constraints that they need to treat everyone with the same exact guidelines.
