I absolutely loved the two gentlemen at the front desk they were very polite and respectful and I absolutely loved the doctor Ann Schlimm! The one and only thing I don’t like is not being able to reach the Bradford office or doctor directly. My pharmacy (CVS in Bradford) had to speak to my provider and luckily they were still in the office so I drove back over but even the pharmacist had waited over an hour and the answering service had sent an email and the provider had yet to even receive it so it makes communication outs... read more

I love the doctors. They're all very nice and respectful. I never have any problem getting my meds on time either. I have one small complaint (hence, the 4 stars). About 25% of the time, I have to wait on Zoom for 45-75 minutes before our session begins. I realize it's easy to fall behind with these types of appointments, so I understand. It still hard for me though since sometimes I'm at work, or my kids are with me, and they get all antsy.
