Well I had my appointment over my zoom account and although I've been having a rough time Diana was very helpful and explained things to me in ways that were easier to understand and also gave me a pay on the back though words some coming to the program I have been doing well went haven't relapsed do she said I can do this to just breathe

I’m doing my best to achieve my goal of getting help for myself. I’ve admitted that I have an addiction, that it’s unhealthy, & that I’m going to do all in my power to get help, & live a healthy lifestyle. Before my mix-up with my prescription occurred, my experience with Crossroads was excellent. But after experiencing the mix-up, the staff that I encountered, didn’t treat me well at all. I don't like the people working in the front the case manager is lively but the people at the Easton 8ffuce who work taking the urine and swabs argue with some of us and make us feel like we don't belong to be happy and don't treat us like we are human
