I've never had any bad experiences with ARS/CROSSROADS. The ladies at the desks are usually always nice and friendly, the doctors always ask questions and seem to genuinely care about your wellbeing and sobriety. The covid has made things alittle different, but everyone seems to still stay professional. I have been attending this doc office for a while now and I can say with certainly that they've done much better now that crossroads has taken over.Â
