Crossroads call center who helped me get an appt here were amazing. Called the call center a ton of different times yesterday and everyone I spoke to was so so so very helpful. Best experience I've ever had with call center

I went to pick my medicine up when I ran out and the pharmacy said it was never ordered. I am pregnant and I cannot miss it. The First Lady I got through to was able to put a request to the script team who was leaving in a half hour. She told me if they didn’t answer we could get a consult scheduled.
