Overall experience was fine as normal,office ladies were both professional and efficient . As for the doctor, being on conference call with him in his office due to coronavirus, he still seems to really make an effort to connect on a personal level with patients. But overall with coronavirus and all restrictions associated with it, still a nice simple visit.

The Dr has a good bedside manner, she doesn't power Trip. The contract team knows their stuff, and seem to have no difficulty, with any issues that I might be having. They are professional and curtious. The staff at the center is on the ball, they immediately take care of any business, that needs taken rcare of. The clinic is in The perfect area, with rmy pharmacy across the street. The only criticism that I have is that it looks like a clinic, which is why I used that word earlier. Using the televisit was easy and a great option. I just had surgery the day before my appointment at Crossroads so I was able to still meet with my doctor because of it. Thank you

The current state of affairs in America has presented everyone with new challenges and in some cases, frustrating complications. I’ve almost come to expect an uphill climb in every endeavor. Not only was I wrong about that with Crossroads, I was also greeted with a streamlined process, an excellent staff and a doctor who took the time to find out who I was and where I am in my treatment. To say the least, I’m impressed. Thank you doesn’t quite say it well enough but for what it’s worth.... thank you!
