Dr. Lisa was not a good listener as a matter of fact she ignored me when i told her about me having a real hard time walking and she ignored me when i told her myself and my family were under a hardship, she did not care. She only gave me a weeks worth and that's it.
my complaint is that I waited 2 1/2 hours for a doctor to come on via zoom. when I was able to talk to a doctor it was the following day and I had a horrible experience with the Doctor Who only gave me one weeks worth of suboxones. she said I needed a toxicology screen which my track record is excellent the toxicology so all she had to do was look that up on her computer which would've probably taken her off all of a minute but she didn't and she gave me one weeks worth she wasn't a very nice doctor nor was she professional ... read more
Yesterday’s appointment was ok. I didn’t like. the doctor being 1/2 hour late. I am 69 years and I don’t have a real trust for zoom. I rather come to the Norristown office but if Zoom is the way Crossroads is doing doctors appointments I will learn to like Zoom’s way of doing things,.
After being checked in,I did my usual urine check. Upon returning my urine to the front desk there were multiple urine samples on the desk unmarked! I said something to the receptionist because I have had a problem before with my urine being not clean and I know I hadn't used anything that wasn't prescribed to me or any opioids. Call in at my appointment time, was told the dr was finishing up with another patient, waited 10 minutes before he attempted to have the appointment, had connection issues for maybe another 10 minutes, then was told the dr cancelled so he could “stay on schedule”. Just another suboxone (which I didn’t even want) factory that only cares about the MONEY. Gotta love America and its response to the Opiod Epidemic, as they call it these days.
I was waiting for half an hour before I decided to just leave the video. Pretty cool to get ghosted by a therapist you haven’t even seen yet
Mixed up my urine sample. Haven’t done drugs since I started and the lady behind the desk was on the phone the whole time not paying attention didn’t write my name on my sample and I ended up coming up hot. And it’s impossible. Horrible experience
Terrible!!! It was wors experience I ever had with crossroads… the new doctors are so Ignorant and rude they should be fired!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
