Great experience and they helped me a lot! Just didn't care for the front desk staff, very rude and seem like they don't like there job's so I don't understand why they even work there but the des are great and I have had a lot of help going here (atleast they TRY i.g! They don't really seem to care that I'm talking about triple the dose i did in the streets, mainly cus they give me generic brands and then don't help me get the right one but atleast they do help a little) still better then buying my subs off the street!

You have been available to me in probably the worst of times with this pandemic. Crossroads has not missed a beat in aiding myself and maintaining my sobriety thru these very stressful and uncertain times. The staff and phone staff are exemplary. I get texts and emails reminding me of my visit. So I’m always aware of when my upcoming visit is.Always courteous at reception at ARS westmoreland st. Doctors are always patient and thorough. I get in and out efficiently with a text of when my next visit is. A plus service. I’ve been currently going to this office for close to a year now and it’s the most convenient place I have encountered

The doctors are very polite very professional also knowledgeable they show you they care and definitely put you on the right track receptionist area needs work but for the most part my experience was very good
