I love Crossroads Treatment Center I especially love Dr Erin in South Philadelphia she is so very helpful and gives me a lot of confidence and hopefulness I am disappointed because I cannot get therapy because of covid-19 and I am not getting my full prescription of 30 days I'm on a two-week plan which is fine because it's a telemat appointment but if I had to come up to the office every two weeks it would be hard because of my job and I finally got full time at a realtor's office and I'm very proud of that and it's all beca... read more

I had a bit of trouble getting on Zoom on my appt date 5/6 but one of your employees made me a 2nd appt for that date..that didn't work either..I talked to another employee Sheena?? (Hope I have her name correct) she was fabulous and even did a trial run for my zoom appointment which was today 5/7... I go to the South Philadelphia office on South Street and Chris is so phenomenal..he's so willing to help & always a pleasure to see ( even thru Zoom) unfortunately because I missed my Wednesday appointment I didn't get to see d... read more

This office use to be on point if you look at my early comments I loved the sevice now I always be on time even early but i always wait a hr to be seen
