Recently I became a client at Crossroads, at the initial appointment the staff was very friendly and helpful. However I was there for quite some time and needed to use the restroom. Being I just got was discharged from the hospital in which I spent a year due to severe medical conditions, I was informed there was no bathroom. It is insane that I was unable to use the restroom to urinate.
