Due to having our own Commercial Cleaning Service I tend to have a packed schedule and thought my appointment was on the day after it was originally scheduled for, which was completely my own fault. I called to see if there was any way to have a televisit since the next available appointment was not for 2 weeks. I don’t usually go to the West Girard Ave office, I go to Sharon Hill. Every month I go everything is fine. But, this is the second time I came and the pharmacy didn’t recieve my prescription. I literally have no more meds and it’s like I’m playing tug of war with the ARS hot line and the pharmacy and it’s not fair! It’s truly not fair! There needs to be something in place where this can be fix ASAP!
