Here it is me and my wife is going out of town for the holidays and you guy's have been giving us the run around all day to have the provider call out our Scripture over to the pharmacy

The manager was very inappropriate and yelled at me. Apologized in the end but never said she was wrong. Was honestly yelling saying my appointment Was at 3:00. When I showed her the text at 1:15 that the appointment was at 1:25 her response was “ well it’s still not 1:25” not that she was wrong. Was extremely upset. If I didn’t need suboxone I’d stop altogether going there. This was also in front of three other patients. What happened to “ the client is always correct?!?”
