My appointments are handled exceptionally well and with such care by Crossroads staff. I’ve always been called back to meet with the doctor within 10 mins of my scheduled appt time. Except my last appt of having to wait an hour. I understand that “things” happen that will cause a delay, but nothing was explained. I’m no way complaining. I’ve been well taken care of, the staff is lovely, and this program is heaven sent. Thank you all.

The staff is the reason I am getting my life back. They don’t just come to work to go through the motions and get there check at the end of week. They come in and it shows that they actually care about other human beings. Empathy is there. And with that they strive to help and to help these people like myself that have fallen because of addiction and drugs and they do a great job because they care.
