Need to find a better way to do drug testing, the current person has got it so screwed up that it takes a long time to get it done and some of us are on a time restraint for work or outher things we need to do

The new security who chooses to lock the doors at 9:56am and at times has been earlier has certainly hurt my chances at sobriety some days especially when my work break is the only chance i have to come dose and the clinic isn’t closing until 10am. But when Robo the cop is closing the doors 4/5minutes before 10am it makes it impossible for me to dose. I arrive at 9:57 and 9:58 and have never had this issue until Robo started working at this clinic. please fix this issue. i can’t keep missing my dose because of this new secur... read more

Everything was great. I was a transfer everything went smoothly. My only complaint was they didn’t give me a patient handbook and I had no idea the dosing hours and drove two hours to be turned away bc I was 4 minutes late. They are very strict about dosing hours if you decide to attend. Be aware. Other than that they are great staff is great counselors are awesome. As far as the ones I’ve had contact with.

Every thing is good ,, but one thing I want to get over is you all owe me 1100 dollars that I have been trying to get for almost a year now and this is a joke , my insurance co, payed you a check to give me and I’ve yet to get it , who do I need to contact about this , it’s terrible service... my number is 606-493-3418 you can speak to me or my wife if I’m asleep I work night shift ..... thanks and good day

I went there the first day in full blown withdrawals ,l hadn’t slept longer than 20 minutes a night.Basically a mess and since I work for myself my business was beginning to feel the impact but I was there for my intake and I had to come back because the Dr wasn’t there,that’s the only hiccup I had and I will never say anything to anyone but you guys because I have been going 159days I have never had a dirty urine screen and I really like the program..

You have lied, made up policy’s and changed directions so many times that I left and won’t be back. You are give take homes to people still dirty from drugs because Dt. Ruth picks and choose who gets what based on how many bottles of wine she had last night

Was treated disrespectful I’ve been coming for 2 years to crossroads and never had a dirty screen I was treated like a liar was very rude to me
