I was very grateful for Winchester scheduling in an emergency apt. after dr morston missed my appointment in Harrisonburg . I was not contacted like the rest of the patients as the counselor told me I was supposed to die to his vacation / emergency . I’m extremely thankful for the same as hburg Va counselor , and she confirmed they had it in the system as my fault , and changed that CRTC did not contact me after changing my apt 3 times in 24 hrs from it blaming me & me recieving attitude like it was my fault . Angie the receptionist is amazing always there to help in any way, she helped me with appoint issues of my own while on her vacation. If problems come up with pharmacy shes there at soonest avail. Moment to help. I can say the same for my Dr. Amanda and my counselor Holly. My boyfriend sees the other Dr. Gopal and has nothing bad to say of her either. We couldnt ask for more. Very caring, they offer out of office resources and overall just great care. It would be a mistake not to choose Crossroads treatment center on Amherst
I had a warming intake visit by a doctor who showed genuine concern for my wellness and recovery. Kind staff and a caring doctor made the visit better than I had expected. My second appointment was with a different doctor and it was absolutely awful. I would describe it as being uncomfortable and feeling as if I was approached like a criminal. From being nearly a half hour late, to potentially violating my privacy as a patient, it was a terrible experience compared to the previous visit

Fucking terrible. Winchester staff is a joke. Counselor Holly couldnt be more of a bitch. She evem accused me of stealing her cell phone one time and searched me in the parking lot. And the "doctor" Amanda is just an intitled bitch. Nasty everytime i talk to her. Spoiled little bitch
