The WONDERFUL staff (Kenedra, Tori, Princess, Kat) are professional, caring, and EXTREMELY helpful. Ms. Kenedra Tuggle went well above and beyond to assist me with an immediate move-in, while making it look effortless. She is truly dedicated to her craft. I had the pleasure of listening (ear hustling) to her explain the benefits of this property to a potential resident. She provided such a detailed description, that it confirmed that I chose the correct property. Shed

After speaking directly with both the customer care team at Drucker & Falk and the on-site property management team, my concerns were promptly addressed and resolved. Their commitment to going above and beyond truly stood out, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts.

Not sure what happened in the past but the current management and maintenance teams are phenomenal! The first phase buildings are still in great shape and they are getting ready to open the next buildings which look great as well. The community itself feels like an oasis because its off the beaten path but yet you have front door access to the VRE and are within 5-10mins to retail and dining. Great location for those needing a halfway point between Richmond and DC.

So I've lived here since they first opened section 2 in 2020 we where the first to move into our building, the management when we first moved in was fantastic. Then a year went by and they kept changing the front office people, but now we have amazing staff in the front who are very responsive and take care of all of our needs in a timely manner. If you're looking for somewhere to live DO NOT LOOK HERE! The list of why not is LONG! If you're intrigued to know why, just read below! The Leasing Manager (Kenedra Tuggle) is the worst individual you will ever encounter. She lies constantly! She only cares about what your bank account looks like. She is also racist. She's not personable at all. Even her own employees speak badly about her behind her back (all of the maintenance employees crack jokes about her to the residents). I've lived in a few different apartments before and this one has by far the WORST sound proofing. The fact that I'm writing this at 245 am should tell you something... you can hear everything. From your neighbors walking around all day, to their activities at night. The lack of sound proofing is infuriating. If I knew back when I signed my lease that I would hear dogs barking all day and everything my neighbor was doing, I would never have moved here. (Edited to say, I have lived in this apartment since May 2021)

This is a warning to anyone interested in moving in, do not. The on site management is a joke here and the parking policy is the cherry on top. From forgetting to send important timely paperwork to adding discounts for active duty, things seem to consistently fall between the cracks. Not to mention our vehicles have been towed twice within a 3 month period... The policy is catered around keeping unwanted parked cars in the complex when there is a mall sized parking lot next door. Needs new front office staff! They are unresponsive and have lack luster customer service. You have to chase behind Kadie to get anything done. Get new front office staff who are willing to do their job.
