The staff is great at Crossroads. I communicate with all of the staff on a first name basis. The dosing nurses keep it professional with a pinch of laughter, especially my favorite Vicki.

The staff is awesome. I don’t feel judged at all by the caring professionals that work with me. The center is in a great location. The only thing I would change is the closing time. I know that a lot of people have different schedules so it would be nice if they were open through the day and into the evening.

If you are gonna allow patients to be late one day you caint pick and choose what days you gonna do it or what patient you will let in after 10 now I have seen several and heard of several patients getting in the building at 1015 1030. It took me prob 5 min to get through to the Danville clinic and by time I got through it was 1002 and was told they are walking out the door as we speak see you Monday and bcuz I didn’t get to get in that day and they are closed sat and Sunday and my medicine gets dropped by 50 mlg but I got... read more
