Let me just tell anyone… If you are seeking treatment please try crossroads out! Everyone there from the front desk to the counselor and especially… Cynthia Barker ❤️ my provider.. they are all awesome there. My provider does not judge she is so very kind and gentle with her words yet will also let you know what you need to be doing without ever once Making you feel less than! Very organized and very good about keeping me informed if I have to wait longer than usual….. 99% of the time very efficient with time management…. All the staff seems genuinely concerned about each patient and don’t look down at patients like some medical offices do once they see history of addiction they treat and look down at you like you’re a junky!!

Y'all staff is really nice and respectful.. Anything I needed y'all was welcomed to help me.. plus I like how y'all have cold water bottles, coffee, and now y'all have chips to keep us comfortable... Any assistance we need, the staff will. Help you with it .. only problem I have is some of the staff left.. otherwise I would choose them everytime..
