Leaving cross roads after almost 3 years due to the doctor changing all the time! Plus the new doctor is inept!
I still haven’t been able to get my meds bc the pharmacy you wanted me to go to had to order it. Another CVS on piney forest Rd has it but can’t transfer between pharmacies and need Dr to send in the prescription to them. Trying to wait until 1:00 when the med delivery comes in at CVS at Target before I go back to you guys and have the prescription changed to the other location
For one thing they can’t keep a doctor and all the doctors that they have had all tell you something different nobody is on the same page it’s a mess I almost wished I would have never went to crossroads and right now I will not recommend them to anyone and I plan to find another place to go where they know what’s going on and care about your people
Everyone was nice but I’ve been in treatment for 8 yrs and was just looking for a Dr closer to home. Crossroads wanted me to start over! I’m not giving up ALL my clean time for nobody! Will not ever be back!
Great place with a extremely nice and curtious staff. Everyone was very welcoming and was ZERO judgment from anyone there! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to better there life and try and get clean!

I was treated unfairly & feel like not treated equally. Only treated like a “patient”, don’t feel like I’m actually cared for.
Been going for months. Went yesterday, prescription denied due to Dr. not being in system. Called the home office, they said they would handle it. Nothing! Called back again today, was told that they would handle it, still nothing so far!
