Your service is great counselor is wonderful so I have been going to crossroads for a couple years now and like everything else changes occur. So I was talking with my spouse about a suggestion box on my last visit but honestly I look forward to my visit but this last visit it seemed like your personal are concerned about something not a big deal for me but I just wanted to let you know and thank you for your services

Everything was great except having to wait so long to see the doctor. Me and my friend ride together and they took me back first and he was done and I hadn’t even done my lab work yet. That’s the only thing. The staff are great.

Very professional, friendly, wants me to succeed. Strict on dosages as I ween of medication, what I need. Office environment comfortable and accepting. Gave 4 rating but should have been 5
