The office personnel were very welcoming and helpful. There was very little wait time and my physician was great and went above and beyond especially with an issue of insurance billing. The office is great but I’ve had issue with call center not updating or even entering my insurance information and my bills not being submitted to me insurance company. I’ve called on more than 3 occasions about this to the call center. I shouldn’t have to be stressed about having my charges submitted to insurance

Everything is good except I have to travel over 70 miles round trip 5 days a week for my methadone. I think I should be able to get more takeouts. I’ve been on this program for over 7 years. I lost my take outs for positive drug screens but I think the consequences are too strict. For each positive I lose a take out. It should be for at least 2 positives or even 3 lose a take out. Not just for one positive.
I’m really grateful for the staff at the Waskom, TX clinic, and for all the help they gave me in the beginning, especially. I don’t know why Crossroads has decided to close our location, but I hate that you are (closing it).
This is the best Clinic I’ve ever been to a lot of clinics. Even though it’s not the closest clinic to me it’s worth a drive I’m honestly pretty bummed out to find out they’re closing.
