Very friendly front desk attendant and very friendly, compassionate, and understanding nursing staff. I’ve attended the Hartsville provider for 10 plus years and my counselor At this current time is Courtney. She has been my counselor for 2-3years. I could write a book on her amazing attitude towards her clients. She really has an amazing connection with each one including me. Since day one at the clinic everything has been very good. I’ve had good experiences with all staff especially my counselor Kelly. The pharmacy Kay and Chris do an awesome job and are always prepared and efficient. 5 stars.

Initially penalized me for a mistake and miscommunication.But they made it right, so I’m happy with it. It’s a good place if you want stability, you just have to follow rules.
The Dr’s are great and no judgement is felt and for addicts this is very important! It is an easy clinic to access and as my family doesn’t know I’m in treatment that is important! However, my only issue is I have health issues and chronic pain(CP led to my addiction), I ended up in the hospital unexpectedly and it was very hard for my provider to reach the clinic!
