I have never had any issues with Crossroads , the counselors all seem to care about patients, the nurses are awesome I’ve never felt like I was just a number! The upper management seem like they are truly involved in patient care and that really matters because if they don’t care about patient recovery then what’s the point!! Was treated very nice and professional unlike the methadone clinic I was at years ago where I don't know any other way to say it.... Like a piece of garbage and everyone that worked there had an attitude like they were better than you.
