I always feel that my needs are a priority and that I matter. This is very important to me that each staff I encounter from the triage to the doctor and the counselor that is on site. I’ve seen each role by multiple persons and I always, just like yesterday feel that they have genuinely offered additional assistance. Very much satisfied. This is vital to my overall restoration!! The np who did my rapid intake was incredibly kind, friendly, non-judgmental, helpful, and overall a pleasant person to interact with. I was able to get the care I needed in the time frame I needed to insure that there wasn't a lapse in my medicine or stability heading into the stressful Christmas season.
