New Castle office is fantastic, especially Caitlyn! However, the lab tech mixed my drug screen with someone else’s. Thankfully the staff and doctors know I’ve been clean for years and can look back on all my negative screens but if I was new this could have really affected me negatively. Now I watch her label my screen and bag it. Everyone makes mistakes but you have to be extra careful when you’re dealing with people in recovery, especially those who are newly in recovery.

Had a televisit today. Was grateful because I’m hospitalized but had to wait an extremely long time for doctor to enter room. Kept wondering if they were ever going to pick yp. Finally after 45 minutes they picked up! That was my complaint. Doctor Luke was very kind and prompt. Thank you
