I do feel that my exam and cleaning were very thorough. However, after having my teeth and gums "picked at and scraped" a little aggressively for quite some time, my gums hurt and were sore and red even when I went to bed later that night. The hygienist and Dr. Molzahn both said my teeth looked "great", so I'm not sure why so much scraping was involved to the point it actually hurt to eat oatmeal for breakfast. Another great visit to Crossroads Dental. Eva did a great job with the cleaning and Dr. Molzahn gave me the confidence my teeth are in good shape.
Met the new Hygienist. Very nice. Everything went smooth just like I like it to be.
So nice and patient. I am very nervous at the dentist and haven't been in years because of it. Fernanda especially made me feel very at ease and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. They were very knowledgeable and didn't put me through anything that wasn't actually necessary. This place made me feel safe and confident that I was receiving the best care possible. Front staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, and the doctor was very kind and thorough. All around, a great experience.
Dr Molzahn did a wonderful job explaining my options once it was determined that a tooth needed to be extracted. The day of the extraction (my first ever) could not have gone smoother. Dr. Molzahn's assistant, Jenny, did a great job of explaing my post-appointment instructions. There was no pain during the procedure and I am happy to say that nearly 24 hours later I have had no discomfort whatsoever.

I will never stop recommending Dr. Molzahn! She is so caring, attentive, and patient. She took the time to ask about my life and talk with me about my day to day habits overall health. Her staff is at the same standard. I have never had a dentist that’s more educational, kind, and knowledgeable!
The crown set went well, especially the fitting of the new crown within my bite-plane. I liked the advice given on how to possibly proceed with some extraction of 'bad' molars & will be following up with the suggested implant professionals to get that done, before proceeding with the extractions.
