Michael Kirk and the crew that did the work was awesome. Also I wanted to let you know that the contractors that were coming out to give me quotes were nitpicking to add extra work so they would get paid more. Their quotes came back more than Crown Builders quote.

Kevin Woods was repeatedly responsive to my questions and concerns, allaying fears, explaining solutions. He went out of the way to gain my confidence and retain it.
Relationship skills - salesmanship, calls returned promptly, appointments on time, calling customer if running late, taking time to explain things. Quality products - use of Hardie products.Attention to detail and use of Hardie protocols for proper installation.
