I was most satisfied with the level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect of my home.
The staff was wonderful, all the workers were wonderful, everybody was good, considerate, and very pleasant, and they worked with us and tried to do it the way we wanted it.
It was very nicely done and they were very organized. They had eight people here at once and it was just wonderful and contained very well.
I wish other companies would follow the model of this one, with other products and sales models and how they connected themselves in the business, with no shortcuts or sloppy work.
The work was accomplish competently and in a timely manner. Timeliness is important because you don't want to suffer experiences where a company works, then stops to go work elsewhere, then comes back, then . . . .
No, but I won't hesitate to recommend Crown if I do encounter someone.
Crown Builders has great customer service. Crown Builders took off more gutters than what we had agreed to replace. They happily addressed the situation. I appreciated it.
Our sales person, Kevin Wood was terrific. He was so knowledgeable and gave us great ideas about window placement, creating a new front porch, etc.
The project manager was very good! He was always available if I had questions!
