Crown recently cleaned our carpets and the grout on our tile floors and they did a fantastic job. We could hardly believe the difference! These guys love what they do and it shows. They were professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.
After I took down our Christmas tree, there was a large ring left on my off-white carpet, where the stand at been. After trying several things to remove it, I called Crown Carpet Care to see if they could address. They did, as well as cleaning my sofa, kitchen chairs and wall to wall carpet. Everything looked great when they were done. They were very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them moving forward!
Crown Carpet has been servicing my house for several years now, as I have at least two carpeted areas of the house cleaned almost annually. John and assistants are always punctual and thorough. More recently, one area was particularly nasty due to repeated pet stains. I called a couple of days after their regular cleaning, explaining that a specific area was still a problem.
