The level of communication and information was lack luster. I did not receive the information I needed to know about how pfha loans work. I was told the amount I needed for settlement the day of, and after I left the bank it changed by $3000 still to this day I don’t know why. The shifting of closing dates cost me and mine $3600 dollars. Now with that being said, if I was informed on how pfha worked ahead of time and not givin a closing date until it was approved, life would have been much easier for me. Buying a home is a stressful process especially for first time buyers. I felt left out of changes that were being made. I was told one thing then something else would happen. I'm happy that we were able to close and everyone involved in the process were extremely nice and professional. It just seemed like the team didn't communicate well with each other.
