The staff is great with my move in (v and Chloe) since I’m outta state however, go in person to view the apartment because it definitely is not what you think it is online:(

Just recently moved into Curate. We had a few issues moving into our new home but Chloe & Jared worked hard to take care of our concerns. The property is well taken care of by Maintance which is very efficient! We moved in the first week of August of 2022. The community seems very nice! I’m looking forward to living here. Our garage is very large which I was hoping for bc I own a motorcycle and a car. I’ve been impressed with the management of this community so far. I would highly recommend this property! I’ll do an update in six months to see how it goes living here .. Thank you Jared & Chloe for stepping up and working with me!

Have lived at Curate for a few months now and have to say we love it here. The staff is always available and answers questions or Maintence issues (no matter how small) right away! They have multiple events monthly from movie nights at amc to dog happy hours catered by DOG FOOD TRUCKS! The other residents are very friendly and everyone is curtious of the shared spaces. We had one poop station filling up almost daily and within about two weeks TWO more were installed on that same sidewalk! Amazing service! Spot on! Hannah and the crew are great would definitely recommend living here.
