We have lived at curate for 2 years. We love all of the amenities here and maintenance is very quick to respond!

Been here over two years and have really enjoyed our time ! I'll give the staff and location 5 stars but overall I feel it's a 4 star experience . The parking situation is not cool and they need to do something about security at the swimming pool.

Great apartment with nice amenities. Pros: amazing staff. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew will always come same day if you need anything fixed. Also a great area to live in everything is walkable with great shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: thin ceiling. I wouldn't live anywhere else but the fourth floor or you'll hear people walking around unless you get lucky with nice neighbors and garbage truck comes at 8a.m every morning, wakes you up every time.
