It took a long time to close this loan. Because of this we had to provide documents, I.e. bank, pay stubs, mortgage payment etc numerous times to prove that we were still employed and up to date with our payments. At the beginning Curt was very communicative but as we moved along, we were in the dark unless we initiated communication.
