Faxed a pattern for a piece of curved glass for a cabinet for a customer. When I received it, it was about a inch short on the curve. The Rep at the company said that the drawing shrank over the fax....your kidding me! I overnight the original along with a new drawing to show there was no difference and they still refuse to make my piece of glass which they have been paid for in full. I'm wrong they told me!! The above picture shows a pattern that was not supplied for this order, the original pattern sent is shown in the picture we have attached and we made it to that pattern because you supplied it for the project, now you are looking for us to supply you with a new piece to a new pattern and we are not willing to do this for free.
