Faxed a pattern for a piece of curved glass for a cabinet for a customer. When I received it, it was about a inch short on the curve. The Rep at the company said that the drawing shrank over the fax....your kidding me! I overnight the original along with a new drawing to show there was no difference and they still refuse to make my piece of glass which they have been paid for in full. I'm wrong they told me!!
