Awesome customer service and awesome lights. I always choose Custom Dynamics for all my Harley lighting.
You know everyone can like their own brand of headlight on their motorcycle but I chose Custom Dynamics for 2 Reasons First is because of Customer sevice that everyone has mentioned in their reviews. And 2nd is the warranty of their product.Now as far as my Choice of Pro Beam headlight all I can say is wow! What a Great Big Huge difference. Absolutely the best aftermarket lighting option around, Well made, easy installs, I have over $2000 in CD lights one my bike and have only had to contact customer service 1 time, even then I had a full replacement light in a couple days.
To start, I must say the service is impeccable. If anyone out there is looking for the best led lights for a motorcycle, look no further. These lights are extraordinary and complete must for safety. Quality and warranty are superb, what else could you ask for. Everything I have received so far for my 2022 Street Glide Special has improved the look and safety of my bike. Great customer service, and helpful tech support. Everyone I spoke to had impressive product knowledge. I had the pleasure of working with Leigh Ann in Customer Service, and Jacob in Tech Support. The saddlebag lights I purchased for my 2019 Indian Roadmaster caused a brake light flicker. I sent pictures/video to troubleshoot, and they spent a lot of time working with me. Adding a Dynamic Load Isolator resolved the issue, and the lighting looks great! I highly recommend working with Custom Dynamics!

Have ordered several items from this company. I recently ordered the wrong lights by accident & had to return them. Kim & Ioana assisted me on the return & was fully refunded. Once I received my refund I went on to order the correct lights & in a few weeks I’ll be ordering more lights for my 21 Road Glide special. The product quality gets an A+ & they’re service department as well. Again, a huge thank you to Kim & Ioana for going above & beyond. I greatly appreciate you both, customer for life!
Awesome company to deal with! Everything about them is TOPNOTCH. Customer service, technical support, and sales. I have purchase multiple lighting upgrades for my Indian Scout Bobber and my Indian Chieftain and these guys have gone above and beyond for me… ex.
