What a great place to live I have really enjoyed living at Cyan. Its such a great property and always very clean. The area is great and I always feel safe around here. The kids do tend to leave their bikes and scooters all over the place so I saw someone mention it was taken well then put it away.

Cyan Craig Ranch I personally have had a very good experience at Cyan Craig Ranch and recently moved out and miss living there every day. Office staff was kind and always willing to help, maintenance showed up very quickly and always fixed any issues I had. Property was beautiful and maintained well. I definitely will recommend Cyan to anyone looking for a new home!

Modern apartment I moved in to Cyan a few weeks ago and have loved my experience so far! Move in was smooth and love my pool view! Office and maintenance staff is kind and very helpful in getting me settled in my home. Will be recommending to some family members interested in moving to the area.

Great move in experience I moved in a few months ago and already feel settled in. The community is peaceful, neighbors are respectful, and the leasing staff is super friendly and professional. They always respond quickly and genuinely care about residents. I love the design of my unit — lots of natural light and great storage space. 10/10!

Great location I just renewed my lease for another year because Cyan Craig Ranch feels like home. The maintenance team is fast and respectful, and the location is perfect, close to work, shopping, and great restaurants. My kids love the pool area and walking trails nearby. It’s a safe and friendly place for families.

Love living here Living at Cyan Craig Ranch has been amazing. The grounds are kept very clean, and I always feel safe coming home late from work. They do a great job with communication, and I appreciate how organized and professional the staff is. The gym and pool are always in great condition. This is apartment living done right

Cyan Craig Ranch is great! Cyan Craig Ranch is top-notch. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and nothing compares to the service and quality here. The unit finishes are beautiful, and I love my wraparound balcony. They even host community events which makes it feel more connected. Truly a gem in McKinney!
