The nurse practitioner was kind and professional. Being my first experience, I was disappointed in how outdated the waiting room and treatment rooms were. It appeared as though there hadn’t been an update since the 90s and I couldn’t believe their office was still on paper charts. It made for a less sterile look versus cozy, clean and inviting.
