Excellent bedside manner, takes all questions seriously and takes time to explain answers in a well though-out way while never being condescending, and has several children of his own so he understands the parents' perspective. Friendly staff as well, very knowledgeable and professional, while also incredibly laid-back and down-to-earth. Could not rank high enough.

Dr Sanches is very thorough and takes time with you and your child!! He explains everything he is doing and does not do unnecessary procedures.
I switched my 5yo to Dr. Sanches after having him see my newborn. We hadn’t been seen yet but I called due to an extremely high fever and they worked us in the same day. Our wait time was pretty long but I expected it as a work in. He took his time making my 5yo feel comfortable with him b4 the exam. The nurse also tried to ease his fears of a new place.
