RecommendedJust wanted to share the great experience I had with DaBella and their associate (Jacob Kline). Not only was he knowledgeable but also very professional. Even though I wasn’t ready to move forward at this time he was still understanding and left the door open for future investment with DaBella.
Update!! Beware! Everything started off great, but communication with this company is the worst I have ever experienced! No one ever calls me back, even when promised. I constantly had to call for any sort of update and finally when my windows were installed they messed up my bathroom window and I’m still here a year later fighting with them to fix their mistake. Stay away!! Once they have your money you will never hear from them again!

Was told several things that were untrue. Like warranty being transferred to next owners. Curtain rods instead of glass door and pan is slippery.

They take forever to get back to you when there is a potential warranty issue. They don't communicate within their own company. When i finally got a called, went thru everything, then almost two weeks later they called back re-asking all the same questions and then after being told someone would be out to fix the issue someone else called and said that it wasn't covered under warranty. Their warranty as i was told by the sale rep would cover if my son threw a baseball thru the window, but it won't cover if a hail stone break... read more
