The sales team was very professional. We are looking forward to our new 50yr roof.
Craig Garrison did a through inspection of the roof. Showed us pictures of areas of concern! This helped paint a clear picture of the shape our roof was in. It was informative, clearly explained to us that we definitely needed a new roof.
The meeting with Colin & Jay was professional and thorough. We learned things about roofing that we did not know. It took over an hour because we asked many questions, but considering the importance of making a major improvement to our house, it was worth it. The GAF system uses better quality underlayment products ( not felt paper) and also the project included re-doing the attic air venting. and that was a factor in us making a decision to hire them. Pleasant, neat, clean outstanding
We had our roof replaced by DaBellas about 3 years ago and had such a positive experience that when it came time for new siding and windows we knew exactly who to call! Ian W has been knowledgebleand courteous...even when I changed my mind and added line and case to the windows after the initial consult! We are completely satisfied with the product, the customer service and the length of time it took to complete.
DaBella did a great job. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. Roofing crew was very diligent about protecting my dad's memorial tree in the front yard. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is that I wasn't told when the gutter installers were coming and they left long, bent, gutter nails and gutter trimmings in my yard that I found with my lawnmower blade.
