What a difference new windows make! Mike Roberts showed me how inefficient my old aluminum windows were, and he was right! I have owned triple pane windows now for almost six months, my house has stayed cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter and much quieter! The DaBella team, from Mike to the installers was great! My new windows have improved the look and value of my home and I am very pleased. Looking forward to my next project and won't hesitate to use DaBella!
Sales persons Matt Pittam and Lance Fagan were professional in demeanor and provided clear and concise information regarding product and product quality. Information regarding costs, timelines, and financing was also presented.
The whole experience with DaBella was outstanding. A very polite young man came to my door to ask of we would be interested in a new roof and since it was something we were already considering we scheduled a visit. The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.
My windows are over 30 years old and very drafty, I may as well leave the doors open. Jeff was very thorough in showing me the different types of windows available and giving me excellent info to make a sound decision. I'll add comments when it's all done. I think so far they're great to work with and very pleasant, not pushy.
Work not being done until spring of 2016, so I cannot rate the work yet. Our sales person, Joel, was great. He and his manager went above board to help us get financed. Joel very knowledgable about the product. We like that it's insulated and has a 50 year warranty.
The roofing staff was very competent. There were only two and I can't believe how efficient they were. They were helpful and courteous and I don't believe I found even a leftover staple in my yard. The roof is beautiful and I get a tremendous amount of pleasure looking at it. The people who came to talk about the job were friendly and helpful. We hired DaBella for a new roof. We will not have our roof done until the next year so all I can rate is the customer service. Steven Shortridge was the salesman who arrived to the appointment. There was no sales pressure and the roofing method of the company and the longevity of the businesses involved is what helped us decide to choose DaBella. More reviews when the work is completed.
Austin Roberts did an amazing job on my bathroom, from the demolition to completion. It has added value to the bathroom. Scott came out to look at the finished product, he took pictures and was amazed as well.
