These guys are scam artists. You and to paying double to get pushed around by salesman. Josh and Jake hounded my wife into midnight and refused to leave until we were stuck in a contract. Super unprofessional.
We signed up in April for Gutter, Soffit, Facia, and Siding Installation. The reason we signed up with DaBella was due to Kevin our salesperson saying how great of a company and a solid warranty is provided vs going with my friends personal company who does the same quality work for large developers. We ordered our windows in June. Haven't heard a word of when I will see my windows. Tomorrow is the first of September. Still have no idea of when our windows will be here. COVID-19 I'm guessing.
Extremely over priced. I did not select them.
When I purchased this, I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before install. It has been several weeks, I have called and I am not even on the schedule yet. Very disappointing.

A little pushy. When husband stated he needed to talk with me. (I was not home at the time) he kept him talking and pushing him to sign till I got there

I was told by Debella that if there was an overage on shingles, I would receive a check for that overage. I was charged for 33 square and only received 25 according to the warranty. That is 8 square difference at approx. $400 a square. I called them and also talked to the salesperson and never heard a word from them. Would not recommend them to anyone!! The construction crew was great. But DeBella did not live up to their word. Would not hire them again.
