Showed a 2.5” thick heavy duty product for the shower pan I was supposed to be getting it was not the same material. Said the shower walls would be made out a similar material and that’s 1/8” plastic material. The shower enclosure was all that was done no other work outside of the enclosure. That was not disclosed in the conversation with sales person. A UCC lien was placed on my house and that was not disclosed by the sales person.
