The salesman was very informative and walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable with the quality of the supplies as explained to me and the 50 year warranty. Great presentation. The only glitch was a delay in receiving and reviewing the electronic copy of the contract. Initially I was unable to open the contract document. It may have had something to do with the age of my computer. Jared was awesome. He explained all different types of windows and help me decide on a window for my house. He also filled me in on the quality of my siding and interior trim of my house. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Havenâ t got my new windows yet but am really excited to have the done.
