DaBella moved in, attacked the project quickly and thoroughly. The only problem we had was that the truck filled with tear-off material was not very efficient at moving it out. They left the loaded truck on the street in front of our house over a weekend. Also, the tear-off crew had to quit working several times because the truck was full and they couldn't get a driver to haul stuff away and bring an empty truck. DaBella was very professional in their presentation and followthrough.
The consultation with joel and curtiss was very informative. I learned alot, and the pricing was very similar to the competition with being a far superior product. Payment options were very flexible with 0% interest.
Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product
This review is written before any work has begun. We met with two representatives in our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the roofing system. We signed a contract and financial agreement and are looking forward to the installation of our new roof. Our representatives were Lance Fagen and Bryce Bower.

To begin this review - The company, DaBella, took immediate action in follow up response for our consultation request. Thank you for not keeping us waiting! We live out on the coast and it usually takes several weeks to months for a response with an actual consult. At this time we have worked with Bryce Bowers and Dukens Surkin. The two gentlemen came and went through the entire process of re-roofing our home. While work on my project hasn't started yet I was so impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of Trever and Nathan with whom I met, that I want to comment. They explained the product, scope of work, financing options and timing so I know what to expect. I'm confident the work will be completed properly.
As of 7/8/17, I have only recently hired this company, no work has started as of yet. This makes my review based on the initial meeting only. The initial meeting was/IS LONG. I can see the need for this as they are very thorough and want to make the most of the experience. Answering all and any questions seems to be paramount.
